Maryland Support Attorney

Since establishing the law office of Susan Kirwan, Attorney at Law, I have stood by the side of my clients in child support matters. While there is uncertainty, stress and anxiety, I am committed to establishing a relationship with you based on a foundation of trust. I promote an environment where you know your interests are being protected. Your case is unique as are your concerns. My job is to listen to your concerns and identify custom solutions.

My Child Support Practice

I will review all proposed child support orders for compliance with Maryland guidelines, making certain that all relevant income is included in the calculation. I handle child support matters in divorce situations, from the determination of temporary support while the divorce is pending through a final divorce decree to requests for modification or enforcement of an existing child support order. In addition, I handle child support matters for parents who are not married to one another.
